Go Jogging


I love jogging. Jogging make my body fresh and fit. If I don't practice it in a month, I will get backache. I usually go jogging in the morning in my hometown. Once or twice a week, my mother and I go jogging together. Sometimes, my sister goes jogging with us. I love air in the morning. It's really fresh and cool air.
In my hometown, many people go out from their home to go jogging after praying Shubuh. Usually we start out from our home at 5:30 a.m. At 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, there are many people do aerobics in front of Regent Office. Sometimes, we do aerobics with them. But, in Padang I seldom practice jogging now. Because, near my house no body jogging in the morning. So, I am reluctant to go jogging alone. It's really boring for me.
